Additionally, he imparts his knowledge by teaching Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. he actively engages in continuous improvement through various education related training courses. Cheyvong Emoline, a lecturer at Panha Chiet University with over ten years of teaching experience, having interacted with over 20,000 students in both virtual and physical settings across Cambodia. Mr. Koeut Bora, a 2016 graduate of Phnom Penh International University with a bachelor's degree in information technology, embarked on a career as a Software and Web Developer for various companies. In 2022, he earned his master's degree in the Republic of South Korea. He has been teaching Java, C, and Web development at Panha Chiet University since 2023 while concurrently serving as a technical advisor of education at a private institution.

Mr. Hour Ratha
Mr. Ratha holds a Bachelor of Education in English, and qualified to teach English as a second language to Cambodian adult learners. He completed two-year postgraduate courses in TESOL at the Institute of Foreign Languages and in public administration at the Royal University of Law and Economics between 2008 and 2018. Additionally, he undertook a 19-month course on implementing political projects in the Federal Republic of Germany at the Korand Adenauer School for Young Politicians. This program, known as KASYP, is a capacity-development initiative by the Regional Programme Political Dialogue Asia of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. I have acquired skills in political science, local governance, development, leadership training, and strategic planning. I've participated in a leadership development course at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and attended the Kapaces Regional Roundtable Accelerating Progress and Equity in Education conference in Singapore in late 2021. My international exposure includes visits to Germany, Belgium, Malaysia, Nepal, and Sri Lanka for these courses. He teaches at PCU from 2010-2012 as an English Lecturer, and he came back teaching at PCU as Law and English Lecturer in 2022.

Mr. Hut Rada
Mr. Rada hold a Master Degree of Public Administration from RULE, two bachelor's degree from NUM and another Bachelor Degree of Project Management & Rural Development from BBU. His MPA's thesis research was "Public Administration Reform of Cambodia" and "Educational System in Cambodia from 1974-2014". Throughout his career, he has work in multiple organizations and NGOs as a Program Coordinator, Natural Resource Component Coordinator, and government staff. He started teaching at Panha Chiet University in 2019 as an English Lecturer.
He said: "As a skillful professor with many year experiences, I have been performing my vital role as a good teacher by keeping regularly my morality as well as professionally teaching my students by using an art of teaching in both student and teacher centers, also preparing lesson plans, following up the progress of their understanding to ensuring the effectiveness of their four skills improvement, such as reading, writing, listening and speaking, especially making an assessment (M & E method) by timely providing them different tests/examinations including weekly quiz, assignments (individual & group), midterm and final examination"

Mr. Say Sokunpharoth
I hold a Master of Education from Hiroshima University (Japan, October 2023), also Master of Arts in English from Norton University and Bachelor of Education from RUPP, IFL. Furthermore, I got my Bachelor +1 in Teaching Pedagogy of English Subject from the National Institute of Education in Phnom Penh.
With extensive experience teaching English at both public and private schools, I have delivered a range of general English and specialized courses. Notably, my research during my Master's program in Japan focused on "Community Participation in School Management Contributing to Student Promotion Rate: A Case Study in Kampong Thom Province."
Currently, I leverage my expertise as the Deputy Chief Officer of the Department of Planning in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. My roles include coordinating with development partners, managing the Aid Management Information System, and preparing educational projects and programs.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I actively engage in intellectual growth by reading research journals from international scholars. I also maintain a healthy lifestyle through swimming and cycling. Since December 2023, I have been proudly associated with Panha Chiet University as the lecturer in the faculty of arts, Humanities and Language.
